Professional Licensure Disclosures

In compliance with 34 C.F.R § 668.43(a)(5)(v), ��Ƶ has researched whether a particular program meets educational requirements for professional licensure outside the State of New Mexico. See the list below of the professional licensure programs offered at ��Ƶ for specific information.

��Ƶ affirms that it follows the current NC-SARA Section 5.2 policy, which requires participating institutions to satisfy all federal requirements for disclosures related to professional licensure programs, including non-Title IV programs.

Consistent with the updated Section 5.2, ��Ƶ has removed prior procedures that advised students to contact licensing boards directly or that relied on providing board contact information when determinations could not be made.

Our institution now provides the federally required determinations (meets/does not meet/) but does not require students to independently verify licensure requirements as a condition of enrollment. Internal review processes remain in place to ensure the accuracy of our determinations.

EMS Program

It has been determined that ��Ƶ's CoAEMSP accredited EMS program meets the educational requirements which allows graduates to take the National Registry of EMTs exam for licensure. The NREMT licensure allows reciprocal certification in all states listed below. Click on the "↓" below to view the state determination list.

All states do require a current state license to practice, as well as, a current BLS CPR certification. Renewed licensure is required every two years, for each state licensure and National Registry certifications. For more information regarding state qualifications and licensure requirements, refer to the National Registry of EMTs website for individual EMS State Offices:
